North Fourth Art Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico commissioned Weis to develop two new works in 2014. She collaborated with members of Buen Viaje Dance, a mixed ability dance company that performs original choreography and presents participatory workshops for audiences throughout New Mexico and around the US.
At the end of the residency, there was a performance of the two new pieces created with the company: Dance with Me and My Name Is... Weis also presented works of her own.
