Video artist Tony Carruthers designed four rolling carts that fit together like a puzzle with multiple solutions. Each cart carries a tv monitor – some small, some large. Weis’ video images synchronize with the movement of these structures as the performers roll them through the space. They crawl over the carts like a jungle gym; new shapes and visual rhythms keep bubbling up.
